Web CMR, originally designed for data collection by the
external reporting sources and caregivers, provides an electronic interface to
report
communicable disease incidents. Based on the standard Morbidity Card, this interface
solicits all the typically required demographic and disease information. Additionally, Atlas
has added enhancements to the standard form that solicit additional information, configurable by disease, concerning laboratory tests and treatments provided.
This interface also has been expanded to facilitate remote access to patient
and incident information through the ATLAS PHIN IDR, providing public
health staff with immediate and secure access to historical and current
reportable disease incident information along with associated demographic data, case investigation
forms, CDC and local management reports.
