This Patient-Centric, PHIN compliant Interactive Data Repository (IDR), provides a centralized repository for patient records as well as reporting and alerting tools for CDC, regulatory and custom reporting. The PHIN suite provides an integrated structure for outbreak management, incident management, as well as risk-history and epidemiological case investigation including forms and reports for assisting with real-time response and evaluation.

The IDR can be accessed via the standard ATLAS PHIN SUITE web interface (Web CMR) as well as Windows Smart Client. The ATLAS PHIN SUITE open standards-based architecture provides ODBC, SOAP and web service protocol access, which includes configurable role-based and/or user-based security profiles.
