Automated Rapid Notification and On-Line Delivery (ARNOLD), an alert management and notification system, intergrates with the IDR and sends out event electronic notifications to predefined users in the IDR. These events include new incidents, changes in an incident's status, and reminders of delinquent cases, including follow-up action for specific case investigators.
